D&D Ricambi Srl offers a complete range of gear flow-dividers with high strength aluminum alloy construction.
They can be used as flow-equalizers, flow-dividers and pressure intensifiers. They can also be used as pressure intensifiers and flow equalizers.
The flow-dividers are made with body and inlet manifolds made from extruded aluminum alloy, while the closing covers are in cast iron. Thanks to this design methodology, the flow-dividers can be subjected to severe working conditions.
All this, combined with excellent hydromechanical and volumetric performance, with a limited acoustic emission and, a not negligible factor, with contained dimensions and limited weight. Flow-dividers can be used as flow-equalizers (with sections of equal displacement) or as flow-dividers (with sections of different displacement). They can be supplied with single relief valves, which correct the small phase errors that may arise between two or more hydraulic cylinders at each cycle.
